Hi Y'all

Hi y'all!!   I thought I'd post a couple of  "THANK YOU" cards I made this week.  Unless noted otherwise,  the supplies are from Stampin' Up! and I'll put the number with it in case you would like to order from me.  As always, check the "BASICS" list at the top,  for basic supplies I use with all my creations.

The inspiration for this card came from a sweet set of cards I got from Heather Zehner.  She is another demo up in Lexington, KY.   And just the sweetest person!  Here is my inspiration:

***************************

The base of the card is "Crumb Cake" # 120953 card stock.  I inked around the edges with "Early Espresso" ink #126974. The brown base mat is some brown card stock I've had for ages, but it's very close to the Early Espresso color.  On top of that, the floral portion is some old "Anna Griffin" stash I had.  I bought it so long ago, I don't know where I got it - it was years before I started being a Stampin' Up! Demo. The red is  "Cherry Cobbler"  #126966  card stock.  I ran it through the BIG SHOT using the new "Honeycomb" #129378  Textured Impressions Embossing Folder in the Spring Catalog.

The sentiment is  "Oh, Hello" #130733 and it's stamped in  "Early Espresso" ink #126974.    In the card above I used a piece of  Designer Series paper from the "Print Poetry"  #129312 paper stack to go across the center. Behind each sentiment is a piece of  the Paper Doilies - "Tea Lace"  #129399 (I used a little Early Espresso ink on it), all in the spring catalog.  On both cards I used the Little Leaves Sizzlit #114511 for the leaves in the same brown paper I used for the mat.

On the card below,  I used "Cherry Cobbler" #123125 baker's twine around the center. Last but not least are the red button on the card below and the little red pearls on both cards. They are both just "stash" I've had for years.

Hope you enjoy these cards and may they inspire you to create something of your own! Have a great day!
